How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 months ahead to secure the best flights and accommodations. However, we can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines — just reach out and we’ll see what’s possible.
What does the $5,000 per person price include?
The all-inclusive price covers roundtrip flights from US gateway airports (SFO, LAX, DEN, LAS, PHX, IAH, DFW, ORD, ATL, JFK), 10 nights in 4-star hotels, all in-country transport, meals (except free days), excursions, 6 cultural sites/performances, and your personal travel host Cary traveling with you the entire trip.
Can I customize the itinerary?
Absolutely! Every trip is tailored to your interests, pace, and budget. We can adjust destinations, add extra days, change accommodation levels, or create an entirely custom route. Just tell us your dream trip.
How does the booking process work?
Start with a $100 confirmation fee (credited toward your final payment). Within 72 hours, you’ll receive a personalized itinerary. Once you approve, a 35% deposit secures your trip, with the balance due 14 days before departure.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Cancellation fees depend on timing: 25% if 60+ days before departure, 50% at 59–31 days, 75% at 30–15 days, and 100% within 14 days. If Voyage to Paradise cancels, you receive a full refund. All cancellations must be in writing.
Do I need a visa for Indonesia?
US passport holders can get a Visa-on-Arrival at major Indonesian airports for $35 USD, valid for 30 days (extendable once). Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months with 2 blank pages. We’ll provide detailed visa guidance before your trip.
Is it safe to travel in Indonesia?
Yes! Indonesia is a popular tourist destination, and Cary’s 34+ years of US Army experience means safety and logistics are planned with military precision. He travels with you the entire trip and handles all on-the-ground coordination.
How large are the tour groups?
